The chairman of the Gulf Research Center, Dr. Abdelaziz Saqr, participated remotely as a speaker at the NATO 2023 Conference Balancing Priorities after the Vilnius Summit, organized by the NATO Defence College Foundation on 6 October 2023, where he addressed the prospects for relations between the GCC and NATO and provided perspectives on the Istanbul Cooperation an initiative.
