Dr. Abdulaziz Sager, Chairman of the Gulf Research Center spoke at the Council of Council’s second virtual conference this year discussing seventy-five years of the United Nations and how the current COVID-19 pandemic relates to strengthening international cooperation, especially regarding vaccine production and distribution.

The conference included two sessions, with the first one focused on the last seventy-five years since the United Nations was established, and on how COVID-19 has tested international organizations and multilateralism.

The second session discussed updates on COVID-19 and the role of strengthening international cooperation on vaccine production and distribution.
